South African singer Amor Vittone made a sweet video tribute to her late ex-husband and rugby hero, Joost van der Westhuizen.
The video was uploaded to the Joost tribute channel on Youtube.
Amor shared snaps of Joost spending time with her and their kids, Kylie and Jordan.
Images and snippets of Joost’s rugby days can also bee seen in the video.
A memorial service will be held for Joost at Pretoria’s Loftus Versfeld Stadium today.
The rugby legend was rushed to hospital on Saturday in a critical condition. He was stabilized and showed signs of improvement, acknowledging those around him. However, he passed away on Monday afternoon at the age of 45.
Motor neuron disease is a progressive disease that causes the degeneration of the motor neurons and wasting of the muscles.
