Mozambique braces for Dineo
Mozambique is bracing for the arrival of Cyclone Dineo.
Wind speeds are expected to hit 200km/hour by Wednesday evening. The Mozambican government has warned those living in the areas of Tofo, Barra and Inhambane to be extra vigilant, as these areas fall within the tracking of the weather system.
Carlos Carvalho, Founder of Moz Info, said the eye of the cyclone is expected to reach the beach by Wednesday evening.
The South African Weather Services issued a warning for the northeastern parts of South Africa, while the KwaZulu-Natal province, which shares a border with Mozambique, has also been put on alert.
