Multimillion-rand Hyde Park development to be completed in 2019


The G5 Properties Group expects the new One97 project to be completed in mid-2019, following the recent launch of the multimillion-Rand six-storey development.

The apartment complex will be built in Hyde Park, in partnership with Sylt and Liviero. The upmarket project will be spearheaded by the Pam Golding Group and will feature 100 luxury units, that are situated near the Hyde Park Shopping Centre.

That is the pitch that is being made to prospective buyers.

G5 manager Sam Silwamba, said he was excited by the vast opportunities that this project created for all the relevant stakeholders, including the prospective buyers.

So, what numbers are actually being bandied about here. Let’s do some crunching shall we. The apartments are available to purchase from between R1.9-million and R13-million.

The cheapest of those apartments  will start off at 50sqm, while the the lavish penthouses will go for R13-million.
