A case of crimen injuria has been laid against two KZN policemen for allegedly strip-searching a 12-year old boy on a public road.
An Athlone, Cape Town man is pressing charges against two police officers, after they allegedly forced him to drop his pants, in the middle of the road.
Real estate agent Penny Sparrow has been fined R5 000 or 12 months in prison for crimen injuria by the Scottburgh Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
The Equality Court in June this year found Sparrow guilty of hate speech, for her utterances in the post, which included her referring to black beach-goers as “monkeys”.
