Probe into Russian plane crash, no explosion


The investigation into the plane crash that happened in Russia on Sunday has revealed no evidence that there was an explosion on board.

According to a Russian military official, the plane’s flight recorders did not show any explosion.

Lieutenant General Sergei Bainetov said on Thursday that “we have come to the conclusion that there was no explosion on board.

He however did not rule out the theory that the plane was attacked.

Flights of the military’s Tu-154s have been suspended during the investigation.

He said that a terrorist attack did not have to include an explosion.

92 people were killed in the crash.
