We all have days of not knowing what to make for supper and are too tired to be in the kitchen for long.
Here’s a fabulous dish that will have you filled up and not in the kitchen for too long.
Chicken breasts 3 cups
Baby spinach 6-ounce bag
Bacon slices 6
1/2 medium size red onion
3 tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar
Fry bacon till well done once done place on a paper towel.
Boil butternut cubes until soft.
Fry onions and chicken strips until well done. Add spinach fry up the till desired point.
Add the bacon and butternut into the bowl and stir everything together.
When serving you can add feta cheese on top.
