World Mental Health Day – It’s Okay to Not Be Okay


Today marks World Mental Health Day and everyone is coming together in showing support for those’s who suffer from mental illness.

Mental health problems vary in terms of severity from person to person. Depression, anxiety and substance abuse are just some mental health problems that affect people.

Treatment for mental illness is available but suffers sometimes turn to substance abuse or suicide, rather than medical assistance.
