Burnley defender Kevin Long has penned a new contract with the Premier League club which will keep him at Turf Moor until 2021.
The 28-year-old has been at the Clarets since 2010, when he left Irish side Cork City, but spent most of the following years out on loan.
The Republic of Ireland international has made 55 appearances for Sean Dyche’s side across all competitions, scoring three goals and providing four assists.
Long told the club’s official website: “Talks started at the end of last season and moved on from there. I came back in the summer to go again and I still really enjoy being here and I’m delighted that it will be for another three years.
“Ever since I’ve been here the club has gone from strength to strength. It’s progressed massively, and I think it will continue to do, as long as we keep making sure the performances on the pitch are moving forward.”
